There are a lot of old bands getting back together and current bands working on new albums. I think 2024 might be the best year of music we humans have gotten in 1 year maybe ever , but definitely in a long time. I listen to every genre, but im mostly excited for Sublime with Bradley's son now leading frontman, 311, Born Of Osiris. I. Not sure of After the Burial is I the lab but they're my favorite. New Eminem with the vintage Slim Shady sound coming back. We even got some new Judas Priest their new song Panic Attack absolutely rocks! I'm assuming Veil of Maya and within the Ruins are working on stuff. That would be awesome if meshuggah drops an album this year too. And if Metallica drops some new tunes. Pantera is playing live again I'm sure they are working on something. I think New Juoce Wrld comes out soon too. There are really so many I can't keep track of everything. Look up some of your old favorites, and I would bet most of them are working on new music in some form. I'm super excited for this year in music. I think it's going to be huge.

I've seen countless bands live. Dying Fetus, After the Burial, Born of Osiris, Thy Art is Murder... Oceano is the HEAVIEST band experience I've ever had. The GOATs of deathcore.

The meaning of this song with the melody in the background goes harder than a lot of their previous material. Really gives an impending doom kind of feeling. You’d think it sounds more upbeat but in reality, this shit goes hard af . Love this

Revelations is still one of my all time favorite albums. Glad to see them returning!

Saw ocean in 2009 at amos southend with Emmure, Stick To Your Guns, Evergreen Terrace, and For Today. I showed up with no money and bummed a dollar off of 16 different people to get in. They had just started when i walked through the door. Then after the show i saw the original guitarist getting a beejay behind the building lolol was too funny, what a great night Huge shout-out to adam. Always looked up to him as a black person in the metal scene. So glad hes keeping it going.

Been listening to Oceano since basically day one and they’re one of the few bands I still consider listening to their new music, they never disappoint, they’re amazing live and Adam is one of the greatest vocalists.

Never been a fan of Oceano or deathcore in general but the electronic and the melodic elements makes this song a banger.

Was not expecting this... Was never a huge Oceano fan... but my lord that changed today. I love the message. I love the groove. Keep it up fellas. I'm looking forward to this album.

The album art is mesmerizing. Oceano is genuinely a cut above the rest in deathcore to this day, there's just this signature sound and atmosphere. Despite the 90 lineup changes, they've never failed to remain an all time favorite.

The vocalist is fantastic. Saw them live in London years ago, they got cut short for some God forsaken reason. Everyone was pissed.

depths was good album, it was on the total breakdown 3 pack with annotations of an autopsy and (and hell followed with) they were on the same label at the time.

So I'm a returning Oceano fan... Returning as in the last time I listened was Depths. I gotta say, Adam's vocals, while being familiar (and weirdly comforting), have come a long way. Idk the technical terms for vocal stuff, but his highs and even his lows have become something crazy, while still holding that tone or note or Adamness that caught me as a dumb angry kid. lol I wasn't ready to feel nostalgia.

The older Oceano gets the more intense their music gets. Keep it up fellas ❤‍🔥

Oceano has been one of my favorite bands since I was a kid. I still place Revelation and Ascendants amongst my top metal albums.
