Yes, that will help quite a bit but there will still be conduction through the mullions and side superstructure. Then there is the rest of the air needed to ventilate and cool the expansive lounge with people giving off 75W/h each. With no ceiling features like slots or louvres and minimal features at deck level how does one circulate air in and out of the interior?..Rhetorical question...It is a nice design though. Maybe one day....

Stephen Brooke depending on the materials strength you could build the vents into the window support frame.

Stephen Brooke They realized the project... 10 months after you said "maybe one day"... that's an insane lack of foresight from your part!

Beautiful, but keeping that glass top clean would be an absolutely nightmare.
