Ocean Stories: Predators, Giants & Marine Mammals | Extra Long Documentary
Essequibo, Hidden River - Extra Long Documentary: • Essequibo: Hidden Rive...
This captivating documentary spotlights the ocean's elusive predators in the Mediterranean - the colossal sperm whales, endangered monk seals, and the massive Mola or sunfish, uniquely captured by filmmaker Thomas Behrend. It also portrays the deep connections formed between humans and marine life, seen in Ute Margreff's bond with a dolphin on Ireland's Atlantic coast and Florian Graner's love for the fjords of northwest USA. An intriguing narrative of marine biodiversity and human interaction.

Beniffer al the way Luv them both together again True love
Love extra long documentaries!!! Please share more! ( But I’d Rather see docs that are just narrated by one person and not films containing all the human commentary and footage of people.. I just enjoy narrated wildlife vids Honestly ).
Very enjoyable. I have snorkeled with manatees in the Crystal river several times...watch out for gators !
I will diving into the sea one day
i would just stay strapped up when on the boat best way to ensure your definate interaction
Beautiful video images. Is diving with a spermwail dangerous? In a different video about spermwail they talked about the frequency of the sound waves. Some can blow out human eardrums.

Lol! Despite all the incredible work and effort put into making this awesome documentary, the narrator decides to call 'anemones' ..... "anna*moans" 😆 One job. He had one job.
1982 my longtime friend and I rent a boat from the rental place at the end of the wharf in Santa Cruz CA. at the north end of the Monterey Bay and found one of those Mola Mola sunfish things floating on its side about a mile straight out from Steamers Lane surfspot by the lighthouse. Scott had never seen one before and was determined to catch it somehow even though I told him they weren't edible, it was about 5 feet in diameter and had skin as thick as belt leather! The guy uses a gaff hook on a pole and he smacks it as hard as he can without hooking it and the fish turns upright and swims down real fast to about 20 feet deep them slowly swims back to almost right next to the boat and Scott smacks it again and hooks it and muscles it on board and immediately wishes he didn't! Huge fish lice rained into the boat about12 of them and the thing stank to high heaven! I was pissed at him for killing this fish for nothing and I had to laugh at the irony of his instant Karma!!
Maybe there IS a need for background commentary to help tell the humpback whale's story.
