உங்களுக்கு intrusive thoughts plus fear இருக்கு sister. அதுனால anxiety வருது, அத பேலன்ஸ் பண்ண இந்த மாதிரி rituals பண்றீங்க. உங்க வீட்டு பக்கத்துல இருக்குற Psychiatrist Doctor போய் பாருங்க, இல்லாட்டி Government Hospital ல இதுக்கு தனியா டிபார்ட்மென்ட் இருக்கு போய் consult பண்ணுங்க. Tablet free தான். உங்க will power +Tablet +sometimes therapy இதெல்லாம் சேர்ந்தா தான் வெளிய வர முடியும். அப்டியே விட்டீங்க னா severe ஆக வாய்ப்பு இருக்கு, Depression வந்துடும் எந்த வேலையும் செய்ய முடியாது. So step எடுத்து Doctor போய் பாருங்க. சரி ஆகிடும்
Obsessive, intrusive thoughts that creates irritation unpleasant feeling in mind..not able to overcome and think normally..this is the final level of ocd that needs attention...

U r very clear in explaining....and ur points are true..but one thing is wrong ocd people think that we will fear of harming other people,living things,child..but they won't do it... especially they won't abuse child..they have fear n thought but they won't do it..also psychiatrist,psychologist won't really help us...they can help us upto only 10percent...

From my point of view 1st category OCD not a dis-ease. This habit prevent us from sicknesses those occur without knowing definite causes. But one thing, this habit shouldn't hurt others

Actually for that numbers one I'm an example I used to like if things end in even Eg : 'If i tap something once I will do it twice to make it even' (I Started doing this from 7th grade when i learnt Integers in math Because i think if i do things in even.. one cancels the other) I even did things once in left and once in right XD I think its actually very common because when i asked my friends they told even they did this at some point

I was more of type 3 OCD once. I used to organize everything to 💯 perfectionism in my work and home space to the point I got frustrated at myself all the time. But now I understood the limit to which a person should do this. I am good now and cured my ocd myself.😊

@@ganeshnagul2474 I try to change the perspective immediately and find beauty in choas. Loosen the grip. Go with the flow. Don't attach your mind to anything, then no frustration. I keep saying that to myself.

My scenario was like everytime I do something the first thought that would come is of negative thinking so I force my self to think positive for eg when I put key in my bike I try to think of any positive things, when I step into my home or any new place or building i will get mix of negative and positive thoughts so i will force my self to think that one day I will buy this building like that But thing is even if I force myself to think positive and manage this becomes a habit that's the headache

Our mind is like a slimy monkey. It jumps to all negative thoughts and attaches itself to a slimy -ve cord first. Forcing positivity over already created negative thoughts will need a lot more energy and it is draining more of your energy. We should stay in neutral, I mean thoughtless state. So an easy, but not so easy cheat code is by saying " burn the thoughts or melt my slimy mind/ thoughts". This can instantly cut off your thoughts pattern and bring you to focus in the present moment. Do some meditation and take some siddha mudra class. You will overcome this. All the best 👍
