For some people their idol is Messi. For others their idol is Ronaldo. My idol is Robert Bray and his team.

This channel is amazing. Videos like this help me realize compulsions that I didn't know were compulsions. Thank you!

These are helpful videos. Fear of going to sleep, rumination and pure O is worst at night. Fear of words or phrases, and noises. High pitched voices and certain mouth sounds. I think it’s a real thing. I didn’t realize it’s all OCD! Thank you all for this talk.

Not only crying, but also loud painful sighs where I believe that if I don't do them, my heart will burst, and teeth clenching, the list could go on and on. But I would recommend not trying to figure out all of compulsions at once, but slowly cutting them off since trying to get rid of all of our compulsions can be compulsive on its own 😂

A lot of things do become compulsions after suffering with OCD for so many years. But the good news is that you don't need to get rid of them overnight. It's a gradual change over time.

Trying to figure that out isn't too important, I would strictly look at the fears driving your cycle.
