Observatory Golf Club was officially established in 1914, with the course extended to 18 holes in 1922. OGC is the oldest golf club in Johannesburg still operating from its original ground. Hole 1:
Make sure to tee off as straight as possible and watch out for overhanging branches. Your second shot will need to dissect the two bunkers on either side of the green. There is gentle slope to your left of the green and a sharp fall off on the left-hand side of this hole.
