Obscure Christian History of Kotor

Another exploration of Obscure Christian History. Host Mark Yerkes presents the highlights of the walled city of Kotor, and takes us to the nearby fishing village of Perast to see "The Lady on the Rock". As always, the background of historic events reveals characteristics of Christianity about which we may be unaware. The Perseverance of the Faithful is the subject of this visit to Montenegro.

Wait on the Lord, walk through life circumspectly. "He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?" Micah 6:8 "Maine" says "Hello". Thank you for sharing the Kotor region with me and others. What a long history they have!

Kotor and the adjoining area are historically a part of Croatia and Croatian culture. The area was given to Montenegro by Tito in 1945.
