Very helpful. I would like to see other sources used : i.e. media player or cloud-based service like SoundCloud. We plan on using OBS and Sreamlabs for our stream focused on music appreciation. SLOBS doesn't support this feature so we are going to digitize old records, clean them up, then push them through OBS. I think various media players can be connected to spectralizer (but not sure) ... looking into a media player where we can change the graphics for each song and some may allow integration with soundcloud (really cool). Other research needed to complete the project but this was exactly what we needed to see/hear.

Hi I downloaded the plugin and I copy pasted the two folders to This PC > OS(C:) > Program Files > obs-studio My OBS wasn't on when I did this process, so after I finished the process I opened OBS and tried find Audio Visualization so I can add it but I couldn't find it. I tried opening/closing OBS three times, but that didn't work. Then I gave it a restart, and it still didn't work. I didn't uninstall/reinstall OBS because I wanted to save some settings.

Please help. I have tried and I am still having problems with the plug in. I downloaded it, made sure that OPS Studio wasn't open and even put the plug in in the OBS Studio folder and it doesn't seem to work for me. I might be doing something very easily wrong but in the video it looked pretty straight forward. I tried and download the other Windows folder from the web site and I can't get any of them to work for me. The download is fine but I can't seems to get OBS Studio to load the plug in. Any advice would be great.

No I don’t think OBS is on Mac. But you can use OBS stream labs and try that.

@@GivemChills Streamlabs is windows only OBS is definitely available for mac but this plugin is giving me trouble getting installed on a mac. seems like way more work on a mac then it's worth.

So doesnt work on streamlabs but what i did cause it was for my stream s starting is record it in two different aspect ratios 16:9 and 21:9 and have the play on streamlabs in a loop. only reason is Streamlabs does have nice features like event viewer etc. Thank you for the video this was very educational

You can do custom browser docks, including an event viewer, in OBS studio! I know Nutty mentioned it in one of his plug-in videos

There should be a version of it for Mac as well.

Omfg thank you. I get so bored with 15+ minutes of clowns telling their lives' stories just to tell you "get that plugin"

this gotta be outdated, there is no plugins folder in the zip file anymore, by following these step the content of the obs-studio folder will be replaced with the content of the zip folder which only contains the plugins for spectralizer and not the original plugins on obs-studio, so by following this i would asume that you would actually break obs-studio and have to reinstall and start over with your setup

You need to download to .exe file not the zip for the plugin Here it is directly github.com/univrsal/spectralizer/releases/download/v1.3.4/spectralizer.v1.3.4.installer.windows.exe

I don't think it does, OBS Streamlabs is very limited and it's not open source like OBS Studio, I 100% recommend obs studio over streamlabs - it has better performance. But to your question. No, OBS Streamlabs does not have a plugin like this. (Not that i know of)

Add color correction filter to the source, then change opacity and that should do it.

There's a streamer that has his name go with the spectralizer so that whenever he speaks, it forms his name
