Therese Serbo they are in Russia, in an autonomous region called Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. Look it up on Wikipedia, it’s really interesting.

This is one of the wedding traditions of Karachay-Balkar people. A Turkic group from Kypchak branch in Caucasus region. Karachay-Balkar people have many other great dances and songs.
