It would be cool if Oblivion had a person you could go to to change your face, like Skyrim has in Riften. Oblivion needed the option more clearly.

I'm not sure what you mean by screen capture. There isn't more I can do in regard to the slider values. I suggest you use the slider values that are shown in the video to get a similar result.
