Theory: we don't get fluffier sofas cause they don't want to animate when sims sit down on something soft. So they keep them firm so they can use the sitting on chair animation.

Yes please! Cannot count how many times I couldn’t find a loveseat to match a build, but i could find a sofa that didn’t fit in the room. This wouldn’t be a problem if we had more sets

If you click on the gear icon next to certain sofas, some of them have matching arm chairs and other pieces. Literally had no idea until like three days ago lol

Agreed. I also wish you could in some way interact with curtains. Like, that evey design has a open and shut form? Mabye just one that you can toggle on or off like the ceiling lights, individually or based or rooms or time. That would really add to the realism of it.

I actually do use some of those shower tub combos that “nobody uses.” Doesn’t negate the need for more, but I do like their styles. I’d also like to see more shower heads for building out own showers.

100% Agree. If anything more swatches that provide more neutral and contemporary. What bugs me is all the faucets don't seem to match between the sinks and the showers too.

Big agree on all of these. I also think we need more low bookcases (so I can place them under windows why are they all so damn tall), upright pianos (because I’m not a goddamn Tory with a grand piano), and a way to cook cupcakes like a normal person ( my greatest enemy is that cupcake machine)

the vampire bath shower combo is so rustic tho…. i feel like this is more a video of personal preference. the vampire tub can be used in quite a lot of different builds. it also has a large amount of swatches that are all pretty decent swatches

The Vampires shower-tub combo is literally the only one I ever use.

also, laying down on sofas to lounge and/or watch tv, read, knit, etc. i like to put the cats and dogs sofa together to make a modular sitting area and it would add so much more ✨pizzazz✨ if my sims could lay down on it

We need them to make colors match something else and not have every item with a unique swatch that goes with nothing

I agree the blinds cover way too much window space, but I DO actually use the old-fashioned showers more than the tub-and-shower built-in units because they get in the way of windows.

I actually always use the tub shower that "nobody uses". The vimpires one its REALLY beautiful and the other one its very cheap hahahaha

​@@lylavati there's 2 options from the dream home decorator pack which is cool. The styles are decent. But the swatches are sometimes difficult to get around. The cushion colors are good but for some reason the wood tones they pair with the cushion colors never go with the wood tones I prefer. So kinda like the beds we want, it would be cool to be able to change the wood and cushion colors independently.

I use the middle tub/shower all the time. I didn't get a bunch of expansions till recently. It's also affordable, and after I've spent time and parts upgrading, I'm not just going to sell it to do it again with a more expensive one.

You might not be using those first 3 shower/tub combos, but I use them all the time. (I especially like using the DIY one in the beginning of my R2R playthroughs because I think it's hilariously on point. 😂)

I got more excited about the new modern shower/tube combo in the upcoming EP than I did about the infants!

I love color matching and I know it’s a lot for some people, but I can only make a nice looking house, if I have either tons of content…or a little content, but a color wheel!

The cheaper basegame shower bath is actually really cute, especially for those if us who like more vintage looking furniture

Lol I use that 2nd shower bath combo all the time, I like the curtain.

I want a toddler swing. As a family gameplay person AND as someone with a real life toddler who loves to play with toddler Sims, I just really hope that the growing together pack comes with a cute toddler and baby swing that the parents can put the toddler or baby into and push. I know the chances of this being a thing is literally 0% 🤣 but it drives the real life toddler in my life absolutely nuts that only the "big kids" can use the swing sets.

Book kit finally gave us comfy/pretty looking sofas with matching armchairs!

This is why I love mods and mod creators. Even if it's not in the original game, I could just add it by searching mods for it, and thankfully enough, most of the time, I'm more than satisfied by the mods I added.

That vampire one gets used more than you'd think. It's off grid, has a matching toilet, sink and mirror (there's also a hanging hand towel) and has some nice color options. I personally use the vampire bathroom set because its a properly matching set of things. I also do off grid a lot to save money and having all three of those being off grid really saves you. Just get some edgy tiles and your good.

I wish they made it so you could change wether it was open or closed blinds in live mode. That would be too much to ask for for some reason though.
