But while Doma became his cult’s leader because of his rainbow eyes, Obanai’s cult wanted to sacrifice him to a snake demon they worshipped due to his two different colored eyes. In the time they prepared him to be sacrificed, they cut the edges of his mouth to make him look more like a snake.
