in the light novel, when genya was hospitalized after the battle against hantengu before this hashira arc and was sleeping, sanemi actually went to visit him and left before genya woke up. despite that genya kind of sensed sanemi visited him which later was confirmed by sumi, the butterfly mansion little girl

Sanemi is that tough character that can't show his kindness but harbors no real hate towards a person, reminds me alot of bakugo from MHA. but yes the next episode "the strongest hashira" i think you'll love it. Hopefully they cover his backstory in the next episode.

You've already seen Genya and Sanemi's backstory last season, it was season 3 episode 6 that showed their backround, but other than that, nice reaction!

I'm really glad they are showing the difference between regular demon slayers, Tanjiro with his Total Concentration and the Hashira especially the Wind and Stone ( well technically just one glimpse of his strength. ) Looking forward to the Stone Pillar training 🔥🔥

This episode was literally: The eternal Optimistic vs Jealousy & eternal Rage. I think Sanemi & Obanai have equal or more range than Mitsuri. I also think with Obanai's serpent breathing it's all about the wrist, kinda like using only your wrist to move a stick up & down fast an making it bend and plus we saw how he applies that science with precision in his swordsmanship. The science behind Water; Love; Mist & now Serpent Breathing has been enjoyable to learn about and seeing how well the author applied it to the techniques.

My guy genya literally blamed his brother (Sanemi) for killing his mother, how do you think a young Sanemi feels having to kill his own mother with his bare hands, the same mother who killed all his siblings (besides genya) and his last living sibling blamed him for killing their mother calling and labelling him as a murderer. Of course he holds resentment and hate, he's messed up in the head.

My favourite hashira is coming I am so excited 😅😅

First of all, I'm sorry if my English is a bit weird because I don't understand English. I love Ms. OtakuMai's reaction. I wanted to see more of Hashira and the others' training last time. Looking at this training as a whole, Ms. Kanroji's flexibility training may have been the lightest. But it's Hashira's training, so it must have been tough. The way Mr. Iguro bends the wooden sword is amazing. But a wooden sword doesn't bend that much, right? That's strange. Mr. Shinazugawa's training seemed more like violence than training ^^; Sanemi and Genya are real brothers, right? Even so, it seemed like Sanemi hated Genya one-sidedly. It's heartbreaking that they don't get along despite being brothers. Next time, it's finally Gyoumei Himejima's training. I'd like to see a fight scene if possible.

I wonder when will this season get into the action like fighting demons, to me these episodes are filler episodes and it should be either season 1 or 2 this kind episodes, introducing new characters and backstory should be at the beginning of the show not at the end.
