25 years since the original release, November 3rd saw the release of limited-edition collector’s formats to celebrate the silver anniversary of Oasis’ iconic album ‘The Masterplan’. Formats available include CD, cream cassette and limited-edition double vinyl formats (heavyweight silver, green and black marble and black LPs). The new formats feature remastered audio, taken from the ‘Chasing The Sun’ reissues - available for the first time as one collection.

Yeah that's La Grandge from ZZ Top but with a lot of noise and mess going on so the sound never gets clear for the listener.

From my understanding this was just a session they did before practice and starting to be more serious. Meaning they just jammed before record the new songs (at the time). Love oasis Love Life!
