Well said
The fact that this is a B-Side… shows how absolutely incredible Oasis is. This is a damn near perfect song.
The thing about this, why it stands out, and why it's absolutely *ace*, is the feel. The gorgeous production. The delivery. Just wonderful. A great achievement.
When I listen to this now, I remember the hungover 17 year old I was, depressed from all the E the night before. I am so grateful Oasis provided the soundtrack to that era. And got me into a whole range of music they pillaged for their wonders.
Oasis = The only band ever, that can release potential No1's as a B-side on a regular basis! Hidden Treasures!! Noel Gallagher is a Genious!

G-d. What a freaking genius. This song is better than 99% of songs ever written and nobody (the masses) will ever hear it. That's the sign of true art.
one of the best vocal performances by Noel
Fuck. This is still one of Noel’s best songs ever written. Was just playing it on the guitar tonight. What a song writer and composer. I’m taken aback by his talent still.
I can’t describe it really but this song and the BHN album makes me feel like 1998 was just yesterday or it’s right now. Though I was born in 1997 and can’t remember anything about 1997-2000. Feels like I’ve must heard Oasis tunes from the radio when I was baby and somehow I remember them when I hear them. Weird. Biblical. Thanks lads. Come back.

I do find it funny that with all the great Oasis radio tracks this B-Side is that probably comes back to me most often.
I've known this song for about a month, mas it's amazing how it reminds me of my teenagehood in the late 90's.
one of their best
I have always loved this song one of my favourite Oasis tunes and I love the Masterplan which although a collection of odds and sods is possibly my fav Oasis album. Noel called this song his Burt Bacarach moment

I get so nostalgic when I hear this one . Sounds better each time .a Noel Classic
How fucking amazing would it be if Noel played this on tour, He needs to realize that so many of his fans would love to hear stuff like this live. He has no idea. Paul Weller recently texted Noel telling Noel to play 'The Fame' ( a b-side from the 'All Around The World' single ) ( Noel mentioned this on a radio interview this month ) . Paul Weller is on the ball, and knows what his fans want. He's always playing obscure tracks. Flashbax, Shout It Out Loud, Angel Child..come on Noel !

Such, such a relaxing song. There is no suitable voice to this kind of songs than Noel's.

Going Nowhere, Half the world away, Talk tonight, Listen up, Flashbax, The Fame, (You've got) the heart of a star, and loads of others are incredible b sides.
the greatest oasis song hands down
Shivers run down my spine every time I hear Noel's voice. :P
takes me back to great times. the 1st three albums and the cd singles with all the great tunes were magical. but nothing lasts forever. top top track
It was great back then 😊. I would look forward to buying Oasis’s cd singles because the b sides were always frightening good , they felt better as they were understated , he had such a wealth of material that the singles were like mini albums 😊
