You cannot prevent them from dripping once you hang them. However, as the flowers continue to drink, you may have less drippage.

How do you make a garland last for four days

Once finished, how do you secure the garland to a metal arch? Can it be made a day ahead?

Hi! You can attach the garland to a metal frame using floral tape or zip ties. Depending on circumstances (temp., floral/plant materiel, etc.), you should be able to make a day ahead when the oasis is fully hydrated. You could also complete the greening a day ahead and add florals onsite the day of.

Oasis has made a new line of floral foam that’s “100%” environmentally friendly. Not sure how true that is but ppl also use chicken wire or washy tape as an alternative.
