I tried a pair on and loved them.I did notice a pretty big gap between the bottom and my cheek.A lot of light was coming in.Is that normal?

The straightlink worn in the video, are they the prizm polarized? Do they have a metallic tint to them?

Can you tell me if the fit is the same as the Fives quared?

Hi. At 1:19 what are the lenses in those straightlinks? Is that Black iridium? Has oakley discontinued the name iridium and switched in prism for it? I ordered a pair of prism black polarized and the seller said they were iridium but the word iridium is no longer used. I got them and they definitely do not have a mirrored finish.

Now that the straightlink has been discontinued, what’s the next best comparable model? Turbine? Wish they’d stop doing this, I was an avid straightjacket guy and landed on straight links when they disco’s them. I like the fit and wrap around for maximum light blockage.

Hi, Is there a big difference between the regular fit and asian fit models on the Straight Jacket? The specs for both look the same on paper.

Hi Brenda! The asian fit model will have larger nosepads to lift the glasses off your face more. This is meant to help avoid frame contact with your cheekbones. Hope this helps!

I've been looking for a new sports frame with prescription lenses. Went to Cabella's and tried these on. They seem to fit perfect. The issue I have is a year ago I bought a new pair of Oakley wrap around frames with prescription lenses. When I look side to side there is a slight warp. It's not horrible so I kept them for boating but this will not work for baseball. Is this normal or should I expect better out of Oakley?

Please, do you know what it's the code reference for the Straightlink that comes with the darkest lens and that has no "mirror effect"? Is it the Prizm Daily Polarized lens which has the code OO9331-07 or is it the Prizm Black lens which has the code OO9331-14? I think these two are the darkest of the series and have no mirror effect, just need to know which one of these two is darker. Thanks!

All of the Prizm and Iridium lenses have a mirror effect. The only way to get a non-mirrored lens is to go with Grey, Bronze or Persimmon. The lenses in the models you referenced are both the Prizm Black and they are going to be your best bet for their darkest selection!

The Straightlink is a wrapped frame, so they will, yes. The Frogskins is not a wrap frame, so your experience does make sense. These should be much better in that regard!

I have tried the turbines which i really liked but the nose piece is to big for me, they slide down. The radar ev path which is not enough coverage as well as the flak 2.0. I like a full wrap sunglass. But I'm lost as to what to try next. I keep sending my glasses back. Do you have a suggestion of something with full coverage like the turbines but a tad small in the nose area? I was considering the straight link or fives square. Whats your suggestion? Thank you.

Oooo Fives squared is quite a bit smaller and may be too tight on your head. The Straightlink might be a good fit though. We would recommend speaking to one of our certified opticians here: www.sportrx.com/contact

Hello Jonathan! The Split Shot has slightly taller and wider lenses but the other frame measurements are very similar to the Straighlink. It does not have unobtanium on the temples but does feature an Unobtanium saddle nosebridge and a detachable leash system that is seamlessly integrated into the frame. It is tough to say! Due to the fit in the nose and other factors, it may or may not. If pressed to be determinant, we would like to say yes based on the difference in shape. @@sportrxeyewear Are the prizm black polarized and the black iridium polarized lenses the same? Because i can't find the black iridium lenses anywhere? and do they both have the same dark lens? And from outside can you see the eyes same good or is one of them darker?
