I have not been able to figure out those lyrics, that sounds right to me. Thanks. I wonder why they produced the track with two vocal versions. Maybe they just had two really dope recordings when they were putting it together.

Thought i was going crazy because all the lyrics i found online were clearly not the words i was hearing in this version. Thank you Ryan Taylor for posting the lyrics and saving my sanity.

The first time I heard this song, I was involved with a girl who I fell quickly in love with. Ultimately, her intentions were much different from mine. I always associated this song with the time I spent on her. Years later, after listening to the lyrics, I'm amazed at how relevant they were to our relationship. Pretty deep stuff. Still love this song very much, but it always sends a chill through my soul.

Remember hearing this live at Exit nightclub in NYC back in 2002….. best years of my life!!!

OMG ... what can I say? This is one of the best Trance tracks EVER... made by Oakey and (old)Tiesto -both of them incredible Artists..! 💞 and however the time made one of them change ..... they left us some of their brilliant work 💟 .... inherited diamonds 💎

After the many remixes I've listened to, I still believe that nobody can touch Paul Oakenfold/Offer Nissim's remix.

This is the only real version of the Tiesto-Remix...!!! I remember when i first heard this version and was wondering about the different sound of the version i got. I finally bought "In search of Sunrise vol.3", ripped the original version, cut the beginning and the end of the regular version and put together a complete one...but here we are and there´s a complete track...finally and in best quality. Thanks, mate.

Much prefer these vocals to the "easier to fly" ones. First time i've heard this version complete on youtube

I dug for a high-quality full cut of this version for days and days back when it was (not) released. Never really cared much for ISOS 3, and I found the lyrical changes in the "final" version annoying (although I probably would have preferred them if I hadn't been for this version being promoted by Tiësto and blowing my mind first), so I stuck with a low-quality, low-bitrate vinyl rip. Damn, the nostalgia....Anyway, thanks so much for making this one available!

Do you still have the vinyl rip? The file heard in this video is actually a re-worked version in which a rip of Southern Sun on ISOS3 was placed in between pieces of the final remix. (I'm trying to find an actual vinyl rip lol.) Thanks!

I believe this is what "everyone" did to reconstruct this version (myself included). I'm pretty sure there is no vinyl with the alternative vocals? I went through everything those days, lol

There's no studio quality of the alternative version from ISOS 3 Panama. You can hear the transition like in 8:23. However, it is probably the highest quality available on youtube from this version.

i cant tell the difference between the normal remix and this one...

I think the story was that the original lyrics, the one in this video, were too depressing and the studio didn't want to release the track as is. That was the unofficial rumor.
