I'm a big fan of bullpup style rifles! I shoot airguns for pest control & I have a Wildcat MK3 Compact in .25 & a Taipan Veteran Short in .25 ...both are accurate, quiet, & really short overall. And I always buy my stuff from Utah Airguns! Keep up the great videos! I really enjoy learning from you guys! ✌️

Its a good thing John works out. If not, someone might confuse him for a Portland/Seattle area Democrat.

Nice rifle but need to know what do y'all think about this gun ban that they are trying to do because that rifle will be one of them that will be band for any kind to be used for hunting ???

Literally, and this is a bolt action rifle, just like grandaddy's 30-06.

HI guys, I had Desert tactical build me a SRS M2 like the one you guys are fielding. When you change barrels from your 22-250 to your long range set up do you change optics? I noticed you guys are using the Luepold MK5 HD, I am using a Mk8 which was one of the last MK8s Luepold was letting go to us civilians. Just curious what you guys do when you go from y our 250 to your Rem 260.

I use the same optic Tommi. I just rezero and or have a saved zero and verify anytime I swap calibers. Thanks for the support!

What’s your favorite load for your 260 remington? Rate of twist of your barrel? I’m assuming yours is a SAC custom barrel as well?

@tjwong007 No it's actually direct from Desert Tec. I usually use the 8 twist however this one is a 9.

I'm getting real interested in this platform. So are friends. Would be really nice to hear about manufacture ( where and how ) as well as availability and future plans of the company. What's the real lead time to order a gun? EDIT: This platform just seems 'inherently accurate'. Loath tho I am to use that term. Would love to hear just why this is.

Inherently accurate because it has a huge breech (barrel extension in Desert Tech parlance).

Are you doing dumbbell curls right before you start the podcast?

I got my SRS M2 for $5,842.69 including tax. I also have an MDRX, and I got that for $2,149.18. That was in May of 2021, so it's probably a bit higher now.

Can this be ordered in 22-250 or does one have to do a barrel swap? I do not see that caliber on web sit. Very interested in that platform in 22-250. Thanks.

22-250 would be a custom caliber. Many shops can spin up a barrel for it without issues.

Just avoid those sketchy SLAP rounds in your HTI. 😆
