I like how he is using his Lionel "TOYS" in a fairly realistic layout, yet they do not feel out of place.

This is a big layout. It is beautiful. It is not a small layout.

15’x21’ is huge when compared to a 4x8 layout some of us have to use. Regardless, it’s a very nice space and they made good use of it

Very Nice Layout but I would not consider this a Small Space. That's a nice sized Room.

@huntercoleman460 Bigger. But we have a work area, play area, TV and couch and chair, and Shelving Units in it. It's like 15x26. So I know that the Judges Layout Room is large. I thought it was gonna be like an 8x10 Room which is small.

Fairly big room, actually. I guess a little hole in the wall like mine would be a "compact" layout if this one is "small". It's a good one, though!

By UK standards this is a huge layout 😂 Small would be 2' x 4 ' 😂

Small space? One's "small" is another's huge.

NOT a small space! PLEASE!...try 4X8 or 5X9 ft.
