@ Cooltoy, I know you're busy but you need to review Drift Blockers. Disc pads that slip over your thumbsticks prevent grimy stick drift.

Those things are awful IMO. They're just large foam rings that don't do anything. They're mostly marketed as anti friction rings.

@@iyeetsecurity922 Drift Blockers works. They prevent controller drift that is caused by hand moisture. I have NOT gotten controller drift ever since I started using them. I haven't had to replace or spray WD40 in two years. Drift Blockers all day over here.

Do the lights turn off?

Have you tried the hori split pad compact? I decided to go with it over the nyxi due to the more compact look/feel. I like it but it doesn’t have gyro or rumble. I would like to try this one too.

I own both and I gotta say Hyperion pros are better in my opinion yes the split pad compact is smaller but this one’s feel so much better

@@ssjgod6ix120 I will probably give them a try. I like the look of the hori split pad compact but it isn’t as comfortable as I would prefer so I now rarely play in handheld which was my preferred style at one point.

@@Bo_Knows_Tecmo that’s exactly why I ended switching plus the hyperior pro has some features that the compact doesn’t have which is nice , also I have caught myself being able to play handheld a lot longer with the pros

I have both and I prefer the hyperion pro. The joysticks have no grip so I swapped the thumbsticks with xbox ones. The rumble is very basic and I have it turned off cause it can get annoying just vibrating at a constant with no high or lows. If you shoot a gun it just has an obnoxious constant vibrate. It feels much better than the compact overall though.

Did you notice the sticks have no grip and are hard/lack the concave of the non pro Hyperion? I had to out on some rubber caps to make them usable. Otherwise I love them.

i had this control for like 2 weeks and while playing mario wonder today i noticed when i would click left sometimes it didnt register. 2 weeks in and the left on the dpad is already breaking

I agree. I have the nitro deck, the ergonomics are not great. The part that sits in your hand doesn't flare out like these do, so the way you end up holding the nitro deck becomes uncomfortable after some time.

@@YouGotBirdRolled Yep, that's exactly why I ended up ordering the Hyperions. If you don't ever play games that use the D-Pad or the right stick then the Nitro Deck is probably comfortable to use.

I don’t know about the Nitro Deck but I’ve had some white standard Hyperions for about 6 months now and despite the fact they feel a little hollow detached the ergonomics for me are totally on point I’ll be picking these up as a second set for sure

What other colors does it come in?? I thought they only had green ones..so far...?

The regular Hyperion controllers come in different colors, the Pro only comes in green so far according to their website.

My ABXY buttons on this controller are permanently stuck in breathing mode. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello. My units of the Hyperion Pro came defecting where the ABXY buttons keep flashing / breathing instead of remaining static which is very uncomfortable. Do you know if there is any solution for this problem? Many thanks for the help!

My unit was working perfect for a month and now my controller do the same but the abyx buttons just stay off. It was a Christmas gift , but everything else is working perfect for now. If anything try holding the home button for like 10 seconds to reset the unit and see if your more lucky then me.

​@cooltoy but that version is different and doesn't have the Hall effect joysticks. If you want that, you're stuck with green. I want these, but they would clash so bad with my red OLED switch and I'm not willing to settle for non Hall effect sticks.

@@Johnwhyplays it is Xmas time so. ☺️🎄. Yeah kinda sucks that it's only in green but I love mines. The only con for me is that the D-pad is more clicky then I want so it's somewhat noisy like the Xbox controller.

The Pro version doesn't yet, but the standard Hyperion series does come in different color options.
