water. :- 1 ¹/4 cup
sugar. :- 5 tbsp
citric acid. :- 1 tbsp
salt :- 1 tbsp
oil. :- 3 tbsp

baking soda. :- 1 tsp
turmeric powder. ;- 1/4 tsp
tempering khaman
oil. :- 3 tbsp
mustard seeds. :- 2 tbsp
green chilli :- 3 nos
curry leaves :- 10 nos
sugar :- 1 tbsp
