I grew up in Dumbo, we moved there around 2003. Dumbo had hardly any tourists those days. It’s amazing how jam packed it is today.

10:36 I remember seeing Junior's in Times Square from your previous videos/livestreams, so it's nice to see their Brooklyn location as well. I was able to try their mini cheesecakes recently, because the Costco in my area was selling them and they're delicious! 😋 It was nice to see the Christmas decorations in Downtown Brooklyn, the lively DUMBO with all the tourists, Pebble Beach, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and Jane's Carousel. 🎄 Thank you for sharing this informative and relaxing walk, AK! 🤗

Nice video 👍🏼👍🏼 DUMBO! I loved it around there, the back streets were great. I preferred to take a walk (and just follow my nose) looking out for all the out of the way places, and old buildings that seem to be disappearing now. Cobblehill was one of my favourite places to take a look around. Frequented the Hollow Nickel, with friends, on a number of occassions when I was in Brooklyn, a nice little place to have a drink! (not a plug) Last time I was there about 6 years ago, in 2017, visiting family in Bedstuy. Looking at a return trip in the next year and seeing how much it's changed with all the construction work that's going on. Got plenty of photos of the bridge too.. minus all the "tourists"/public that you have in your video.

Roads are a problem in New York

dime saving bank.... ROCKEFELLER had a court judgement by the judge that he had to give any black boy a dime if he sees one in his travels about the city etc. DIME SAVING BANK in Brooklyn and Rockefeller must have dodged blacks and that was the reason for the Brooklyn dodgers having Jackie 42 being the first black in baseball... dime contract?
