I absolutely adore the first apartment. It’s perfect for a single person but perhaps a little too cosy for a couple. It’s modern but retains its character.

Nice apartments! The decorations on the steps are not necessarily for Halloween. Many people decorate in fall with pumpkins and vegetables to represent the harvest season which lasts from late September to mid December.
