Lol those people that he's hammered have obviously never seen another interview by him. He's always like him, that's just Rufus. Flamboyant, energetic and fabulous.

Honestly? Hammered? I'm pretty sure he's just plain ol' Roo in this, no additives...nearly every interview involves quips ending in full body laughter and wild jestures. How *could* you tell if he was hammered?
