Nigerian Women for Agricultural Progressive and Development Initiative (NWAP) Empowers women in Agriculture.
The programme themed " Empowering Women for Agricultural Progress and Food Sustainability" aimed at assisting women across the entire value chain of diverse agricultural sectors in Nigeria was observed at Oko oba, Agege Area of Lagos state.
The Nigerian Women for Agricultural Progressive and Development Initiative NWAP was founded with a vision to Competently committed to changing agribusiness narrative for Nigerian women and by extension become the leader, light of sustainable progress for African women farmers through her unwavering dedication to advancing women's land rights and ownership through advocacy, capacity building, community mobilization and strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
Securing land and ownership rights for women is paramount to their empowerment and critical for attaining food sustainability in Nigeria, Let us unite in our efforts to create a future where every woman in Nigeria has equitable access to land and the opportunity to unleash her full potential in agriculture.
