Thank you for putting this on KZread. I have found that for a chronically angry person having them ask themselves every time they are angry, "What am I actually needing?" disperses the anger over time.

I love hearing (something like): We're not actually listening to it, we're tired of fighting with it. If we start listening to it, the exhaustion goes away. 8.28

on the comment at the end, Could one also choose a commitment to another basic human need, besides Freedom, like Subsistence and Security, Connection or Meaning to be willing to suffer the consequences of our choices?
Me listening to "if you have a pain inside it means you have desier to experience it" while sufering from an ear infection. I feel hurt, outraged and bad. Compassion. When i am wronged i try to alleviate that by being right. With the risk of making others wrong. I say that I say nothing
