डकार बहुत आते हैं और छाती में भारीपन लगता है कई बार डकार आते आते रुक जाता है और पेट के ऊपर खो बहत पड़ती है एसिड रिफ्लेक्स भी होता है कृपया कोई मेडिसीन बताएं

I have seen ur previous video, and this video. I have some symptoms in every topic. I take only healthy diet- fruits, boiled food, milk. But, i have shift duty So i cant take meals and sleep on right time. I have disetion problem,gas ,acidiy, constipation, lose motion , cold, cough , teeth root swelling, not deep sleep, always body weakness, irritating always. I am 38years old. Can i take nux vomic and how dose and when. If in night shift then can take in evening?

Sir, From Bangladesh.. I had IBS problem.. Under a homeopathy physician i have taken R5 first 4 months & Nux Vomica 200 along with R5 for 2 months.. Now i am okay & can eat all then the doctor advised me to stop taking medicines.. "" But still i have farting problem.. Passing excessive gas maximum times in a day but sometimes i feel good, no farting problem.. Stools are irregular.. 3/4 times in a week but ok, neither dry nor hard.. BUT those days when i poop, the gastric attack is less than the days when I usually don’t poop.."" I have no alcohol, cigarette, drinking tea habit & also don't have fast food items or outside foods.. What will i do now?..
