Nuvo has really pretty stuff, they really care about innovating and they always surprise me because they offer what others offer but adds something better to it, excellent review, I like the octupus card!!

Just to mention. Mine played perfectly Carrie. May be coming from your end. Anywho, these look like they will be so much fun to play with. I am getting the Tonic #10 kit...any day. I think there is a sample in it, so that wil be my test drive sample. Thanks for showing us these.

Yes there is a yellow-Solar Flare. There is also a more pinky one-Cherry Bomb. I have them all and I really like them(even Storm Cloud)!

Hi. Do you find that the shimmer/pigment rubs off on your finger if you rub it on the cardstock after the powder has dried? Thank you.

Just watched Tim Holtz video in Alcohol Lift-It product. Can u do a review on the product if u can find a place that sells it? I really trust your judgment and watch all your videos. Only a week before receiving next Tonic Studios kit.

I have a couple of bottles of those, so I will- as wall as Lindy’s stamp gang “magicals” which are also shimmery.

Did u use dye based inks for stamping ? If not, what type did u use?

I used Versafine Clair for the Octopus & sea card.

I will be comparing “shimmering” powdered watercolors- Colorburst, Brusho & Nuance do *not* have a mica shimmer in them.

Can these powders be used wet OR dry like perfect pearls? Can use use a brush to apply dry?

No- these are a powdered watercolor so the must have water to be activated. Perfect pearls are a mics powder with a gum Arabic binder so they are a different product entirely.
