In 2012 in 43 years old, I had stroke and paralyze for half a year due uncontrollable food and lifestyle.. I improve myself by changing the life style since 2013 then becoz that time I’m giving the doctor on 3 choices bed ridden, on wheel chair, use the walker or to get well 100 percents..so I did my physio, my yoga and being a full vegan now make sure I don’t take food that consist sugar and salt.. take me half a year to pull back myself to normal then.. thanks god I achieve my target now at 54 being vegan, exercise everyday, eat pure food by cooking more fruits, veggies and fish, good sleep and good bowel. Use the right oil on olive oil, coconut oil or flaxseed oil. Antioxidants food are helping me a lot in life. Thank god. I strongly agreed with Your talk on to fight inflammation especially by taking all the antioxidants food.. Doctor said to me at aging age you have to practice eat small portion but nutrition and healthy food. Avoid the fried food.. any food must be in small portion. Thanks I really appreciate it. 😎👍

For breakfast every day I eat a concoction of steelcut oats and quinoa with added flax meal, hempseed, and chia, plus I flavor it with a pumpkin pie spice blend I buy quite cheaply organic and in bulk bags (a pound for average $20 lasts a few months). I also like to add organic nonfat milk powder with no added salt, but like the spices isn't really necessary, more a taste and preference thing. Porridge batch makes 12 servings, so nearly two weeks of breakfasts. I freeze Kirkland (Costco) organic supergreena (kale, spinach, chard) to make blending and compacting with other foods easy, but mostly I just add a third of the bag to a serving of the oat-quinoa porridge, along with organic frozen strawberries, blueberries, and mango, sometimes banana, depending on where I buy them (Wymans is not certified organic but in fact are actually better than organic for their traditional practices). So basically my daily breakfast is an unblended version of your basic smoothie recipe with the addition of the oatmeal, quinoa, and spices. In order to reduce the microwave time since cooking destroys many nutrient molecules, I've taken to assembling three days worth at a time in glass loaf pans with lids (Pyrex) The bags of greens divide perfectly that way, and placing them in the fridge to defrost until ready means minimal thought and effort first thing in the morning. Really, making the smoothie would retain the maximum nutrient content, but we're counter space limited and there's really no chance I'll ever habitually clean a blender to store away daily. Besides, breaking up the foods' cell walls speeds up sugar uptake rather than spread it over a few hours, so it's a trade off which works best for anyone.

Grass feed beef, not grain feed that is in the grocery stores, real organic fruits and veggies when possible, get as much sugar out of your diet as possible. Sugar has over 60 different names manufacturers use. As a general rule if it comes in a box, a bag, or can Don't Eat It!

Red meat is one of the healthiest most nutrient dense sources of food you can possibly eat. The various homo- species ate meat exclusively for over 2 million years - up until extremely recently. If meat was so bad for us we wouldn't be where we are. Our digestive systems are literally designed for meat - from our sharp teeth - to our very acidic stomachs - all the way to our short colons. Being able to eat vegetables is a last ditch effort and a survival mechanism - not ideal. You can run into problems when you mix red meat with a bunch of other foods you shouldn't be eating (especially fructose or alcohol). Stopping red meat may improve symptoms for the short term but overall not the answer. As crazy as this may sound, you'd be better served by cutting everything else out and eating ONLY red meat. There is a lot of misinformation and bad "science" out there. It took me 10 years to learn this the hard way.

Yes, some dynamics of symptoms I'm familiar with here. How about eggs and milk for you? Probably, if you have any other information such as on viruses, MRSA, Lyme, and strep and staph carriers, systemic yeast, fungal, spondylitis from bacteria, leaky gut ( microbiome), and hormone reduction and replacement help, will all help my clinical studies. Food, antibiotics, probiotics, antifungals, and dietary guidelines can work together to heal and balance. We need more leadership like you.

I’m sorry to tell you but it is vegetables 🌽 that causing the inflammation because it has oxalates in them, they are little needles that poke at your organs to protect themselves from being eaten. reseach oxalates to find the truth that most ppl are not aware of because this is something the food industry doesn’t want us to know because it is a multi billion dollar industry. Dr ken Berry on youtube will explain it the best.

@@jill-of-all-trades I can't speak for that person and I don't believe oxalates are the only reason. The reasons are much more extensive and complicated than just oxalates. I've had a chronic spondyloarthropathy for 22 years (ReA). I did a very strict "healthy diet" of fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, nuts, and salmon for the better part of 10 years. (and many variations in search of relief). I clung to this fresh-organic-pescatarian-based style of eating because I had it stuck in my head that it was the only way to eat healthy - despite my health continually declining in every metric. "Natural aging" I thought, nothing I can do about it. This was an unfortunate result of being bombarded with bad science and food marketing nonsense my entire life. (amazing how prolific it is). I haven't eaten a single vegetable in over 15 months and it's like I've been born again. My body composition is back to what it was when I was a teenager before I had an AI issue. I'm 40 years old and have a 6 pack without even trying?!?! My A1C is at a healthy level for the first time since I started having it checked over a decade ago. My hs-crp is the lowest it's ever been. Blood pressure was last 112/69. My laundry list (and believe me it was a long nasty list) of gastrointestinal issues - 100% resolved. Completely off all medications including topical steroids for psoriasis. It's all so unbelievable that if it wasn't happening to me I wouldn't believe it. I do find the messages that Dr. Ken Berry advocates to be accurate. Same with Dr. Kevin Stock. Dr. Paul Saladino, Dr. Shawn Baker, etc.. In hindsight there is an overwhelming mountain of information out there that supports my personal findings - you just have to look. The food & medical industry are not going to spoon feed it to you like they do their sugar and insulin.

Like gluten, it's nearly impossible to avoid it and most plant-based recipes depend on them for flavor. I also happen to be allergic to rubber latex and last count I heard scientists had found fifteen different protein allergens in it that have analogs in classes of food; however I have never confirmed an analog allergen. I HATE papaya, so maybe it's that class and I'm comfortable with that. :)

They're not lies. I figured it out for myself, and it took years precisely because allium intolerance is uncommon. For most people garlic and onion are fantastic antiinflammatories. For those of us intolerant, it causes more harm than good. My whole life changed when I finally figured it out in my 40s. Suddenly I didn't have diarrhea multiple days of the week, could sleep through the night without restless legs, no longer had desperate need for a nap after meals, eliminated nearly all my heartburn, and reduced my frequency of headaches. I occasionally indulge in, say, Indian buffet or Thai food, but always midday with some ibuprofin so that the the most uncomfortable symptoms fade enough that I'll be able to sleep through the night. I always have to take a nap after a meal with onions or garlic, too.

How about The Keto Lifestyle dietary changes? I have been on Keto since March 2020. I lost over 30 + pounds. I have been having pain in my right lower back, hip area tingling & numbess for about 2 1/2 months now. Mild lumbar spondylosis, slipped disc, mild curvature of the spine. I am attending physical therapy 2x per week. Most times thru out the day, it can be rough bearing weight by standing up & walking around. I work with children in childcare. I am on medication-meloxicam for inflammation. I just started taking my medication for this. Thank You T

Many experts suggest Slippery Elm can cure leaky gut. Slippery Elm rebuilds/strengthens the mucus barrier that prevents food cells in your gut lining from leaking into your blood stream. This confuses your immune system that thinks it's an invader and your blood circulates throughout your body. Many people have a leaky gut but don't know because they don't feel pain in their gut. It's caused by eating junk foods. This condition eventually leads to obesity, diabetes, R Arthritis and other chronic diseases. Slippery Elm helps with waste disposal too. I found Slippery Elm cured my problem in this area. Google Slippery Elm. Beef broth (boiled beef bones ) is also another common recommendation. Start with a low dose for a few days and gradually increase. I am not a doctor.

But one thing iv inadvertently discovered for the last few years is my diet/eating certain foods has coincidentally occurred with my back pain. I wouldn't sign up to idea that red meat has impacted my pain, imo its an unprocessed/natural food. The Red meat and cancer link has been debunked too lately. Saturated fat is not linked with heart disease either. Vegetables are not superfoods...most of the nutrients in Veg is not bioavailable to humans unlike animal foods. Going to add more vegetables now and maybe switch to a vetegarian diet to see if this makes any difference. Too bad the carnivore/vegan diets are so polarizing.
