This discussion is somewhat strange since Nursing in Finland is a collection of different educational qualifications and job profiles. There are many job profiles in Finland, which could be called nursing. Nursing can be a vocational qualifications or a higher education degree like bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree in Health Care. Then there also many specialization areas.

@@NurseKumbu If the intention is to become a qualifed nurse in Finland and become employable in the Finnish health care sector, there are study programs, which include language studies and later top-up type of full studies at the vocational level or bachelor's in health care, nursing, at the higher education level. Pathway type studies are in collaboration with some organizations in foreign countries to give training locally. These give language studies and other information to enable moving to Finland with sufficient language skills to start working as a care giver or to continue studies in some educational institutions in Finland.

The free public education system is using national languages, which are Finnish and Swedish. But there are some public and private schools, which use English, France, Germany as the language of instructions. Public schools have some classes for foreign language immigrant students, which are using foreign languages as the language of instructions until students become fluent enough to move to others classes and follow the regular curriculum.
