That's why Black people need to stick together.
@GKing-fm7rx
We can say that about everything from fast food to be a lawyer. Racism is systemic.
@OneEyedLion
You're right. It does happen in any field. Unfortunately, some of the people targeting you are also black.
@MzVedaborntoJudah
She’s literally explaining every avenue of every black person’s life so yeah! Nothing new under the sun!
@PO-dv9gk
Her name is Morgan. She's a nurse practitioner and absolutely correct! I am also a nurse and currently in graduate school. I work as much overtime as I can to pay for school. The other day, I was getting ready to leave work and overheard two nurses talking about me and wondering when I was going to leave work. I thought to myself, this is just even more motivation to finish school strong, get the hell out of here, and work amongst health care professionals/providers who are hardworking and look like me.
@gokaren420
Don't let them know you're buying a home or anything personal. Move in silence.
@Katsplace.
Don't even mention driving an expensive car, you will be targeted for two reasons, being black and being able to afford an expensive car, the jealousy is REAL y'all.
@stushk9
Don't tell NOBODY your business!!! Social media? I don't have one. House? I don't live nowhere. Car? I walk. Eat? Im not hungry. Don't tell people a damn thing.

Black people NEED TO STICK TOGETHER FOR REAL ..BUT WE NEED THE LOVE OF GOD IN OUR HEART TO DO THIS
@gameover3936
They are soo competitive and have a wondering eye. They are constantly worried that you're going to be better than them no matter how hard they smile in your face.
@danaray9035
I’m a CNA !!!! You are so right I be trying to tell my sisters stop let’s stick together. We’re the ones that keep health care rolling. They under pay us too
@ecliff3
I do know of a Black nurse who sued and won for being removed from caring for a patient who didn’t want be treated by Black people. So definitely be alert, aware, and keep your receipts!
@RealLifeWithDrIpeleng
A medical doctor in an Eastern European country here ! Racism broke me in ways I didn’t know it was possible to be broken ! But baby, I gathered strength and finished my residency training last December after I was victimised and fired ! They thought I was gonna give up and go home and cry LOL !
@drero786
This happens in every field. They hate us
@BenHaMiqra
This applies to the entirety of corporate America..
@mrs.jack-string2420
These folks are everywhere! If you're hard working, drive for excellence, and intelligent AND BLACK, you are a target! Do the opposite, and you're lazy. SMH. 💯🎯‼️
@delicate4u2
My father lived in a country club division never told his colleagues and he drove a Subaru to work. Even though we had top luxury cars in the garage because he always said you can't trust your colleagues.
@mackadeww
No cap. i used to work in the steel mill, making 6 figures all day. I worked hard for it 72 to 80 hours a week. And the hate was real. Because they knew I was stacking paper. One manager said I wasn't doing my job. They cut my overtime. For a month or two. They saw the outcome of me not working overtime and opened it back up... its definitely a shame a brother and sista can't get paid in peace... stay strong sistas...keep going.......
@melaninbutterfly9834
Phil is absolutely correct. This reaches all professions. I'm a professional in education and the targeting is neverending. Document everything.
@user-uu5qp6sr2b
THANK YOU & “we’re” targeted from Nursing School, “they” know that our graduating from Nursing & passing the NCLEX sets us, our Family & Community up for being able to have a much better “Quality of Life”! There’s just sooooo much more I could text but for those of you who’ve been there & are there now, you already know…BUT, IF GOD BE FOR US, HE’S MORE THAN THE WORLD AGAINST US! We “MUST” War “Spiritually” as well as “Naturally”!
