We think that if the reconstruction of Afghanistan requires an investment of at least 12 billion U.S. dollars per year, and 30 consecutive years of investment in Afghanistan, it can reach the current level of development in China. If some Afghans can be emigrated to China, and the integration of Afghanistan into China can achieve this goal. But I think this is impossible, because the investment is too big, and it will take at least 50 years for China to recover its investment. If China keeps this money in the bank, it may double in 15 years. In addition, I found that many Afghans have seeds of hatred towards Western countries in their eyes. If an Afghan becomes the leader of China in the future, he is very likely to direct the Chinese army to launch a military offensive against Western countries.
