The sound of the velcro belt scared my baby :/ Update: baby got used to the sound and one year later we still love this baby carrier. I like the velcro belt as I my husband and I use this, it allows to easily adjust between two people

No way to use it. Anytime I try it baby is crying, specially trying to put their legs in the small space available

First thing I noticed. There clearly seems to be an issue with the leg positioning, and the video doesn't provide any pointers on why.
Lots of steps
This isn't for newborns. Their legs are in a very awkward and uncomfortable position.
