What I have heard is taking bath wearing rudraksha is very good/beneficial. Wear it entire day, but will have to keep it away from body when you go to toilet/latrine.

I literally cried while hearing this becoz it totally resonated me,😭Thanku sir I m 26-02-1993 born I really need help related to my career. I understand you Sister. Our birth, date, place, parents, etc is all decided by our Karma prior to Birth, Un karmo ko Khatma karo, by ending life you'll leave the Karmas incomplete and might have to take a similar birth in next life to complete their fructification.
