I'm not sure what's more impressive. The amount of money Tanaka-san has, or that they can lift a house.

I love how tanaka-san carried a refrigerator, car and house like nothing lmao. But it's more impressive how tanaka-san's scooter can pull all those. Who needs a car when you have a scooter as strong as you. Convenient stores in japan are so convenient that you can even buy appliances, car and house in it lmao. All in one

A useful tip that helps me for bigger number. Hyaku is one hundred, all the numbers from 1-10 still have the same sound when hyaku is added. For harder ones like 365, if you’re just starting out listening for single numbers by themselves like the San (3) you hear and the roku (6)is a way to get around that as you study some more until you’re able to get it as soon as you hear it For just double digital numbers, 10 is juu , so if you’re trying to say 20 it’ll be ni (indicating 2 first) and juu (indicating the 10) if that makes sense. Think of as multiplication basically . 2 x 10 = 20. Same with 30, 3 San, 10 juu, 3 x 10 30 sanjuu. And with 40, 4 yon, 10 juu, 4 x 10 40 yonjuu I hope this made sense and helped in some way

Good thing I know how to put numbers up together. Sometimes I get confused by the rules of 万、百、and 千 because you need to multiply it and it takes a loot of time for me, but with a little more practice, we can all do it.

I have 2 questions. 1. How do you differentiate when you use ひ、び、 or ぴ when saying hyaku? 2. How would you say numbers such as 11, 21, 31, etc? I’d really appreciate an answer, as this is all I’m a bit confused on. Overall this video was so helpful. I really appreciate it!!! ありがとうございました田中さん‼︎

Wait I'm confused. Why is 120,000 called Twelve Thousand? "Jyuu-Ni-Man" and not "Hyaku-Ni-Jyuu-Man"? .... Oh wait, I just realized that "Man" is not a Thousand, but Ten- Thousand. My bad! So "Jyuu-Ni-Man" is actually Twelve-thousand but not actually Twelve-thousand but "a Hundred and Twenty"... ik it's confusing at first (@ v @)
