this is by far the BEST anime i've ever watched. all of the characters were so real. there were no mary or gary sues; everyone came as they were, flaws and all. michiko did not win all her battles--good people died, as did the bad--and the ending was not as happy as we would've liked it to be. just like life. the character designs were awesome--Black people were represented beautifully in this show, each making up for the stereotype-drawn characters that exist in other ones. the dubbed version you'll find on youtube did these characters right with the voices. i've re-watched this series like three times, and every time, i catch things that i missed the last time. fuck, i wish there was a season 2. :

I highly doubt it man... Manglobe is a legend for animating masterpieces such as Samurai Champloo, Deadman Wonderland, Ergo Proxy, Gangsta, ans The World God only Knows. They're now called Geno, and they're honestly killing the golden kamuy's animation.. I'm still hoping a new possibility for all the anime that they made to have another season

Once again welcome back man its great to see you editing again. Out of the many great songs Nujabes produced this one is my top favorites and you sir just did it justice. There aren't too lady browns I can think of in the medium, but Michiko is the top Lady Brown of all time in anime besides Yourichi from Bleach. Either I need to watch more anime, or someone in Japan(or US) needs to step it up with more lady browns haha.

Thanks Dman and yea I right with you on that. Michiko is def the lady brown of the anime world. There very little main protagonist female characters that are brown. I really wanted to do this with a brown chick for an AMV. I'm glad it worked so well. Japan needs to step they game up. They did it with Afro and Michiko they can do it again lol. Yourichi was bad asf. Just not enough screen time.... Well I mean when she wasn't a cat lmao.
