Definitely wendy will have her solo album... main vocalists are the first on the list to debut as solo for SM. Hope with her ost will bring her a good solo fandom and support from the general public as taeyeon so she won't has many problems as others solos in SM.

이건 걸그룹뿐 아니라 어느 조직이든 마찬가지인데 팀이 오랫동안 유지가되고 큰 탈이 없으려면 웬디같은 캐릭터가 반드시 팀에 한명이상 존재해야됨 . 저런 캐릭터가 팀에 한명도 없으면 어느순간 특정 계기로 인해 모래성마냥 와르르 무너지는 경우가 허다함

약간 허스키하고 호소력이 있으면서도 따뜻하고 부드럽고 또 풍성한 보이스에 내 심장이 녹아내리고 왠지 모르게 소름이 돋는다...... 너무 좋아서 +웬디님, 살면서 때로는 노래 가사처럼 상처받는 일들이 있겠지만 그럴때마다 많은 이들의 응원과 사랑을 받아 금방 치유하고 다 털어내고 다시 일어설 수 있을 거에요 왜냐면 웬디라는 사람은 좋은 사람이니까요! 항상 그래왔던 것처럼요! 저는 보잘것 없는 녀석이지만 작게나마 거기에 힘을 보태고 싶어요 우리 작소완 파이팅!~💙

I know Red Velvet is seriously so good with all their high quality songs and golden discographies but sometimes, I feel like the group (I mean as an idol group and mostly, their title tracks) is kinda holding her back to give us more than she actually has. Her voice and vocal techniques are absolutely on another level, no offense to the other members.

It isn’t offensive. She is the best vocalist of the generation. The others are great, but Wendy is on her own level. They are all well rounded talents, but they all have their own personal strengths. Wendy has the best voice Seulgi is an amazing dancer Irene is so beautiful Joy can go from cute to sexy in like half a second, and also she can train dogs so like... Yeri can compose music (Yes they have more strengths than these but I just wanted to point out some really quickly.) So don’t feel bad for saying Wendy is great. I’d feel bad if you didn’t tbh.

Sarah With An H Wendy doesn’t have to dance but because she’s an idol it ‘s pretty much the whole part of her job. She could have made a career with just singing and composing. If SM doesn’t give her any grip with her solo career then they really are trying to hold her back.

Yes to clarify, I mean all 5 members. Joy proved herself once again this very same day and all five of them have solo activities already in terms of singing. Both individually and united these five are marvelous at what they do!
