Really valuable this post! Everybody has there is a lot to take

The first lasted me 2 days, three uses and literally broke into pieces around the silver balls. So they gave me another one and have had it a month didn’t even use it one week. And only uses maybe three times a week and tonight I noticed it was cracked in the same area as last time. Will take back again.

What is the difference between this device and lip and eye attachment on trinity complete?

Can the fix it be used on the lips to plump them?

Why it's stings? It's scary and uncomfortable, i already applied good amount of gel ! Any advice

I would love to know honestly how long a tube lasts for Tera being shes using this much per area and the tubes are tiny. Please Nuface fix this! Listen to your customers. I havent seen a review yet that doesnt agree that the serum is just too much for too little. I believe in paying for something that works but this is just not reasonable. I do have the Fix Duo and the serum needs to be masked as instructed. Yet we arent given enough to do so. Provide more serum for the price or lower the price for the tiny amount. The gel primer for the Trinity is so affordable, yet this is just insane.

Use another serum. Any gel could be a conductor. Use the COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence.

I use this because the NuFace serum irritates my skin plus it's too expensive for the small amount. For $50/tiny tube, there's not enough to apply a mask-like layer more than once, and if too little is applied, the electric current is too intense and hurts! If you read the reviews for this product, it's a NuFace hack. I know your comment is years old, but you can buy an ultrasound gel from Amazon and get the same effects :)

I do like the Fix and it does work, HOWEVER, THE SERUM IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! That little 15 ml tube that is worth $49.00 does not go very far especially if you're going to do it twice a day, on several parts of your face! I was shocked to see how little the tube was when I bought it. Extremely disappointing especially since the machine really works. The gel for the Trinity was way more affordable.

I agree, I just bought my fix from QVC and it said it came with two serum tubes, but one is TINY and the other is very small. I hate it when they get you with these add ons. :-( Can you use the Nuface gel (I have a mini) with this tool?

3 min per area, meaning, for example, 3 mins for left eye, 3 mins for right eye, 3 mins for lip area?

SO IT IS 3 minutes each area- 2 eyes, around the lips and lips that is 12 minutes- to fifteen minutes. and then if you are using the trinity - do ppl really have that much time to just spend on the face? it is about 45-60 minutes a day! am i missing something

Bad quality of the fix device: the device doesn't work after 2nd charge, it isn't charging, it doesn't react on button push. When I turn on charger the button lights up and a buzzing sound is heard, but it's not micro amperage, it's just buzzing sound, device won't turn on or off.

I purchased my Nuface FX six weeks ago. I have used it regularly since receiving it. The first time I didn't keep it charging and tried to use it nothing!! Now it won't recharge. My question is does it have to be left charging at all times? Disappointed!!!

there is different Nuface devices how do I trust this one will do the job. ??? if this one does the job why will somebody buy the bigger one for $300????

Another question - are the results only temporary or the lines do diminish with time? Thanks

You'll likely see a softening in the lines if you're using consistently. If your lines are more pronounced the Trinity + ELE will be your very best option to truly treat the appearance of lines. FIX works at the surface whereas ELE treats all the way to the muscles. Either way, NuFACE is like Fitness for Your Face so much like exercise, you'll want to stick with your routine to enjoy all the benefits.

I've purchased , big one plus the light attachment, I also have the small one All the videos go so fast to keep up with. I'm using the Roc, cleaner etc should I do my cleaning and moisturizing before or after. I'm 73 an my lines are getting deeper I haven't used my machines but several times

Hi there! The frequency of use is up to your discretion. We recommend using the FIX Line Smoothing Device when you feel that you need an energizing boost for your skin but noting that it is up to two times a day. We hope that helps!

I found this uncomfortable especially around the eye area to the point where I have only used it a few times and I’m terrified to try it again as it doesn’t seem safe. I contacted customer services who suggested using enough gel and keeping the skin overall well hydrated before use which I was already doing. I wish I could return this product as I will likely never use it again as it is unbearable but it was a gift with no receipt and the company have refused a product exchange despite my concerns about the pain/ level of current/ safety of my particular device. I give it to them this is understandable as I did not have a receipt. Overall I bit of a waste of money for us I’m afraid. Lesson learnt! Edit: I also tried it on my boyfriends face and it also give him uncomfortable painful sensations. I think my device is faulty :(

What other eye serums can you use with the NUFACE for the eyes?

I just purchased this and tried it. The sensation was quite strong under my eyes to the point where I had to stop before the 3 minutes were up because my eyesight started getting blurry. Is it totally safe to use under the eyes? Thanks.

Yes, it's totally safe to use under your eyes, but be certain you're using the FIX Serum to conduct the current and provide enough slip to avoid tugging on the gentle skin around your eyes. If FIX is still too strong try not taking it right to the lash line. The good news is microcurrent travels so you'll likely still get the benefits right up to the lash.

I just bought this and feel the same strong sensation under my eyes. I made sure to use the serum but hurts every time, I’ll be returning this.

I've just started using the FIX but the FIX serum dries out so quickly or my skin just soaks it up. I have to use so much therefore, this treatment is really expensive to keep up. Any suggestions?

Hi Jean! We recommend staying as hydrated as possible as skin tends to soak up more serums and liquids if it is parched. That can be a good start to helping the skin to not soak it all in immediately. You can also try reducing the amount of serum used during the treatment. If this becomes uncomfortable in any way, go ahead and slowly increase the amount. Let us know if this helps!

Mine broke up in a month and since I bought it abroad, there's no way to get a refund. The worst thing is it can't be easily fixed and it looks like a chewed up cheap plastic toy after the attempts to fix it. Worst beauty purchase I've ever made.
