This is something special. Every member of the group has the time to showcase their expertise. Excellence, once again. Bravo!
That clarinet solo that begins just after the 2:00 mark is the best thing I've heard in a long, long time. Sign that dude to a lifetime contract.

Got to love Django, and even more anyone doing justice to cover it...and even more, more....a clarinet solo.
I sing and play my old guitar. This band is just great. When they play nuages you are really suspended on a cloud in paradise..Bravissimi!
Every time I hear clarinet like this I am reminded of middle school... Where I tried to join the jazz band and the band teacher told me clarinet weren't really suited for jazz music. Yet somehow the two flutes were.

There is no note here that isn't full of the right energy, the right passion, the right restraint. Musical delight.

I've been really attracted to the various originals and covers, especially the Daft Punk takes, but Pomplamoose has hit it out of the park with this album and this song in particular. Bravo! Truly special!

Have a cognac and be quiet. Im glad this stuff not coming out my speakers. Great music!

Well done. As a jazz manouche musician of many years, nice to see Django get this kind of viewer exposure.
Ça fait rêver... Vous faites revivre toute une époque - bravo !
The clarinet significantly embellishes the composition. And without a guitar solo)a Great move.!Hi DJango!!!
Everything is fantastic as usual but this time the added bonus of John Tegmeyer is absolutely delicious! Great solo, great playing.
Just fell into this heaven and I don't want it to end.
It is astounding that something so relaxed can still be so powerful. Still don't know a lick of French But I can listen all day.
I enjoyed this very much as I've been impressed and entertained by the whole Pomplamoose catalog. I must also admit that Nuages is SO low key that what flashed through my head (I'm old enough to remember this) are bits from Second City's SCTV show where Eugene Levy parodied Perry Como, one of the most relaxed singers ever, in a series of "Perry Como - Still Alive!" segments.

En passant il semble dire un triste adieu Et tout ce que j'aimais, lorsque le train vire dans un flot de fumée s'efface à jamais Slowly in the evening the train leaves. On the quay his handkerchief already escapes. In the ice like a dream the gray wall of his house Under the growing light, fades on the horizon A cloud stretches on his blue roof. As he goes he seems to say a sad farewell And everything I loved, when the train turns in a flood of smoke , fades forever (break) A cloud stretches on his blue roof. By the way he seems to say a sad farewell And everything I loved, when the train turns in a flood of smoke, fades forever

I love this. I can’t get enough of your music, it’s just wonderful.
Always magnificent Nataly, TY so much.
Un très bel hommage à Django Reinhardt, merci beaucoup.
If ever there was a voice to sing Nuages, it's Natalie's, ethereal like the dreams the song inspires. The trumpet and especially the clarinet add so much as well. I tend to like the first version of any song I really like, so I only wish Willie Nelson was playing the guitar along with you, as in his version. Hats off to all the musicians and thanks for giving me my own Nuages.
Ahh, always love good old Django. Great instruments, and Nataly's soft voice in French; it's just liquid honey.
