Carry on is best. Checked baggage is too risky it could get damaged by rough handling.

"IO” stands for input/output, a term describing the communication between a computer and the outside world (such as a human or other system). So while the Wellspa and Lumispa both belong to the Internet of Things, they've used IO instead which is still applicable, and a bit catchier👌
