I thought Aba Bagandas are the most educated race in Uganda, but by watching this local channel of Kampala nobody is consistent with spoken language over public airways. It's a pity on Aba Bagandas, they study in English in Kampala, in their professional life they don't know which language to consistently speak on airways. Do they ever thought there are other Ugandans who want to listen to what they are talking about? I bet millions of Ugandans subsidise these local channels in Kampala in tax payers money.
