With all the extra power, especially the instant torque since installing the Whipple Supercharger on the 2019 Camaro SS1le, we needed to upgrade to some stickier tires to help her grip the road. Of course, we had to test them out and show you guys what we found... What do you think?! Make sure to let us know in the comments!

I like that you have a manual transmission and your car is really nice. I had a 6th gen SS with a manual and sold it for my 2019 A10 ZL1 and added a magnuson 2650. I dont miss the manual at all. I can race with an energy drink in hand and not worry. Besides, nothing is like the A10 When my zl1 A10 was stock, I raced my buddies zl1, 1le manual and put 2.5 to 3 cars on him and he is 60lbs lighter from the factory. That's why I got the a10 and not another manual.

@@mjc3502 It's not all about drag racing/roll racing other people. The ZL1 1LE with a manual is very fast and enjoyable on a road course and curvy road if you know how to properly drive a manual. The enjoyment of really driving your car efficiently, connecting with your car, and rowing through the gears is something that can't be done with an automatic. For example, driving up and down a twisty mountain road is far more enjoyable in a vehicle with a manual transmission than an auto. This I know first hand.

@@jonasblane2157 every car I have owned has been a manual. I don't need the manual speech. My last car ran 9.21@151.8 in the 1/4mi. It was a manual. My car before that and that, blah, blah, blah were all manual trans. Shit. My 9.2 car broke more parts than some have in the entire car. Been there, the auto has evolved while the manual has been stagnant. I just finished a 1,000hp build on my zl1 and the auto is superior for racing today compared to years ago. I don't miss shifting while enjoying a drink or having to get into the right gear if a roll race comes. Just get the tuner Kit, the Whipple tune is no good. You will want a LS3 crank seal and Mighty Mouse catch can that has a breather. I would also get the LT4 fuel system, flex fuel sensor, and run a blend of Ethanol for higher octane. Something around E50-E60...I have had a Whipple on my SS for over 3 years...trust me when I say that 93 octane really limits the potential... They are too high of compression and you can not run very much timing.

NT's dont do well until above 60. R888R's take corners and hook at 20 mph and are just a bit noisy. Id avoid Thompsons S/S and the NT. Plus you must have a shop heat cycle the tires, simply driving on them wont do it properly.
