I TOTALLY AGREE with Nsereko ( this time) The fact is that in Uganda , there is TRIBAL politics. Museveni will never sack one of his tribesmen for any reason . Why should a Muganda eliminate a fellow Muganda just because he ( Mpuuga) exploited a loophole that was created by this corrupt parliament? One has got to be wet stupid to call Mpuuga a thief . The man may have made a bad judgement decision , but there is no legal sense to go on and on calling him a thief.
