I ASSUME that the reason the BNSF units are in the lead is because it is a run-through and the BNSF has a Train Control System that requires them to be in the lead?

Does BNSF have a partnership with NS? Because I've been seeing a lot of BNSF Trains on NS owned lines, and a lot of NS trains on BNSF lines.

Is this the same line that crosses the bnsf at streator IL
