Hello, I'm interested in one property in Bangalore, the owner of the property is NRI. By the rule NRI owner needs to deduct 23 to 25% of TDS on the registry amount. To save on this TDS amount owner is transferring the property to his wife as Gift Deed. and then wife will sale the property to us immediately after the gift deed. Do you see any issue in this transection or it is a valid and safe. Also can a new owner sale the property immediately after the gift deed? Please advise.

Always try to hire those legal firms who have a well-established communication team. Communication problems are problematic with individual lawyers as they do not provide dedicated time due to hectic Court schedules.
