@@halalola432 Nah he definitely was important. His IGLing was honestly world class - no IGL can simply just replace someone on the caliber of FNS. Ethan isn't even an IGL I agree, he sorta just filled that position but still, the plans of the old OPTIC core was mostly thanks to FNS.

Hindsight is 20/20, but NRG looks like 2023 SEN in that their roster looked great on paper after signing 2 reigning VCT Champions, then struggling without a proper IGL

Some key differences: 1) NRG has a masters winning coach while SEN didn't 2) TenZ was dealing with some horrible shit irl and his focus on the game completely dipped 3) The two champs winning players didn't have English as their first language while the whole of NRG speaks English. 4) SEN had Zekken, probably the third best flex player in the world in my opinion after forsaken and s0m. This allowed them to do the role switch to duelist. I don't know if that's possible at NRG While there are some similarities, I don't think a simple IGL swap like SEN would allow NRG to become a team as good as SEN did in the year after their slump because of these key differences

I think Ethan is the problem of this roster. The team looks like they have no structure with his IGLing. My good change would be to bring FNS and kick Ethan tbh.

Demon1 stopped playing ranked right after his vacations, Chet.. god I actually think Chet hates this game but money is good. Crashies and Victor, I can't really tell cause they never stream, but they just seem off.. like they forgot how good they were. I blame ardiis tbh 😂

Yea I agree with you. Honestly I think the fault is on Ethan here. He is a great player but when it comes to his IGLing, it’s the shittest thing I’ve seen. My ideal change would be to kick him and bring FNS. If FNS joined this team, the team would be way more structured, they would have a true sentinel player and Vic could go back to Flex Initiator/Raze and Demon1 could get that proper activation since he would have an IGL who knows what they are doing. If FNS actually replaces Ethan, I would be so happy. No hate towards Ethan, he is just not it
