It depends on whether the course will have credits or not. If the course don't have credits, no problem if you fail also otherwise it is mandatory to pass. You see your syllabus about credits details.

Mug up the assignment question , read the lecture notes and do the numericals seriously ( 10 questions come on mean , median , mode , standard deviations related question )

Tomorrow is having my cloud computing exam of 8 weeks is it sufficient to pass the Nptel Exam only by reading assignment?

How many courses we can join ? I can understand per time one course is not possible. But consider if for the first time i have joined biotechnology course and cleared the exam. I also i want to learn genomics shall i join second time. So that i could gain knowledge from them.
