BridgeWay Station Block A, one of the latest Tilt projects by CBM Concrete. CBM Concrete is the Tilt Contractor for the new Urban Development in the City of Mauldin, S.C. Developed by Hughes Investments, Inc. and McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture. BridgeWay Station is the first 6-Story Tilt Wall building in the state. This amazing structure required 16" thick walls with extensive rebar mats. Nox-Crete's Silcoseal Select Cure & Bondbreaker was used because of its reliability and excellent rain resistance, something only Nox-Crete has!
