Hey Sumit, after using for nearly oneyear how would you recommend the product whether it would be regarding customer support, hardware issue if any etc as i am thinking to buy the Micro-plus- wired one

Very well described, suggest a place to install this,as this needs battery charging after certain days of working.

This is good device but one thing to note is it works on 2G signal, so new buyers beware 2G might be stopped after some years as technology is changing rapidly in GSM and mostly at very minimum 3G will be working (May be in India still have some years before 2G is gone and all old cell phones become useless), at least its the case in USA, I had same kind of device and all carriers stopped 2G in USA, so better try to find any device that has at least 3G or more connectivity, But yes these devices are great, i used it to protect my car from Valet parking in case someone try to take it on joy ride. Possibly even any vibration to the car will get notification in at least in my device.

If 2G service is stopped by cell phone service providers then device will need to be upgraded with the one which supports 3g signals as well. Plan might stay same.
